COMPLETE MYQ PROGRAMS ENROLLMENT FORM
Fill out this short form to sign up for myQ Diagnostics, LiftMaster Training Academy, and a Partner Portal Account.
After the form has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming your submission. LiftMaster will get dealers set up in each program sysem. Once you are set up in the system, you will receive an approval email with account information and log-in credentials.
Depending on your account type, the enrollment process may take from 5-10 business days.
COMPLETE MYQ DIAGNOSTICS TRAINING
The training course is a part of LiftMaster Training Academy. The course takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and includes a 5-question assessment at the end. Once training has been completed dealers will have access to the Diagnostics Dashboard located within the Partner Portal.
ACCESS DIAGNOSTICS DASHBOARD
You now have full access to your myQ Diagnostics Dashboard! You can also confirm you are populating in the myQ app through your Dealer ID at this time.
